A VOYAGE TO CUBA

I purchased my first sailboat in 2014, a Canadian 26 feet Grampian Marine. A dream come true after almost thirty years, so I moved aboard right away. Two years later I changed her for Anastasia, a 28 feet Pearson Triton. I lived in South Beach Miami aboard Anastasia until 2018, when I tried to start my journey sailing solo around the world.

Sadly that didn’t go too well because of the financial issues I had at that time. A Voyage To Cuba is about my very first 1200 miles solo voyage to Cuba. Even if I did not had the chance to sail around the world, this voyage was one heck of an adventure. I had the chance to meet amazing people, venture with no direction for three weeks because the wind died, five days with ought water, four with no food and three with little or no sleep. I wished for adventure, so God gifted me exactly what I wished for, no more and no less… and I loved every little second of it.
