Fire Camp 2025
Three unforgettable days filled with fun and adventure at FIRE CAMP 2025 at Cioclovina Scout Center. The event brought together dancing and acting workshops, fire shows, live music, campfires, delicious food, hiking, and so much more, a perfect setting to spark new friendships. Here are some of the highlights from the May 2025 edition. Are you ready for FIRE CAMP 2026 ?
How I Got There
I know Gherman for an year now, as last year I went to Cioclovina Scout Center for the first time just because I had to install an antenna and an amateur radio transceiver. I had no clue back then how beautiful the place is, or what a fantastic person Ghernam is. Let’s say that he is more the brother I always wished for, but I never had.
I joined the event at Cioclovina after Gherman invited me to help out and to film and photograph the entire event. Cioclovina feels less like a visit and more like coming home. In fact, it already feels like my second home. This year was pure joy, and I’m already looking forward to the 2026 edition !

Details On The Event
Just in case you may be interested in participating at the future Fire Camp events, here is a little overview of what was available in the 2025 edition. If you are a Romanian speaker then you can visit the Facebook Page of the event for more detailed information.

- Fire performance – fire juggling show,
- Physical, mental and emotional relaxation sessions through Asian massage,
- Juggling workshops,
- Morning refreshment through yoga and dance,
- Connecting games, acting and poetry recital,
- Accommodation in a traditional house or camping,
- Delicious traditional food and local products,
- Pets are allowed in the campsite,
- Relaxation area with hammocks.

Memories From The Fire Camp
I will not post all the photos from the event in the article, but I picked some of my favorite ones. I tried capturing as much as possible, when I was not filming. Cioclovina is an absolutely amazing place and honestly, no matter where you point your camera, there is always something to photograph. Of course… it depends on what taste you have in photography. With this event taking place, I tried capturing memories that I hope they will last and make you wish to return.
By the way, Cioclovina is also a really nice place for landscape photography. Especially if you have the right light and weather conditions. Also the surrounding areas are great. Maybe in the future, I may think of organizing a landscape photography workshop at the Cioclovina Scout Center. I am just waiting to have a little free time for this. Fall days are the best and the colors are just magical.
